1. We are planning for a Hybrid event, this means that part of the conference will take place in-person, on March 15 with some of the talks online. 1:1 meetings will happen in 2 batches; 1. In-person meetings for the people attending in-person on March 15, 2. online meetings on March 21 for all participants & speakers. online meetings will provide an opportunity to meet the online participating speakers as well, they are also an opportunity for the online participants to meet the speakers.
In the event that covid or other issues will prevent most speakers from arriving to Israel, the conference will become fully online on March 15. We will notify everyone on March 8 regarding the final format. The in-person part will be in accordance to the Tav Yarok (Green Pass) regulations of the Israeli Ministry of Health.
2. Registration to the 1:1 meetings:
On March 8, you will receive get access to the 1:1 scheduling system that will enable you to request a dedicated 1:1 meeting with most speakers / participants via the dedicated meetings scheduling system - we will provide access to the system in order for you to request meetings in advance - please follow email instructions you will receive on March 8.
3. Online part of the conference will be broadcast, link will be provided on March 13 via email.
4. Join the interactive deep dive / round table sessions, this will provide you valuable insights and domain specific information as well as the opportunity to talk to the speakers & ask them anything.
5. Visit the Booths of our sponsors - some of the speakers will be there.
6. We will send out details on how to prepare for the conference about a week before - read the emails and follow the guidelines carefully.
7. We recommend to attend the round tables & workshops - they are designed to provide plenty of useful information, tips & tricks about the German, Swiss and Austrian markets. In addition, welcome to visit the sponsors Booths in order to get in touch with them and learn how they can help your startup.
During the breaks - network & visit the sponsors Booths! talk to the speakers, fellow entrepreneurs and the sponsors - they all have a booth.

9. There are no startup pitches, in our unique format the investors & corporates pitch the startups :-) all you need to do is request a 1:1 meeting with the investors / corporates / speakers. Note: they will only reply to startups they believe could be relevant to them.
